Shipping and Handling
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email or text from us with updates and tracking information
Orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Please include all shipping information in English and provide a phone number to abide by current customs regulations. 日本のお客様、名前と住所はローマ字でおねがいします.
Items shipped via USPS Priority Mail typically arrive within 2-7 days and includes insurance of up to $100 through USPS.
International orders are usually shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
Tracking information is automatically sent to the email or phone number used when placing your order when your package has been processed and is ready to ship out.
*Please note: Tracking information for international orders may be limited once the package has left the United States as couriers may vary.
Tracking updates are available through the USPS website and is limited to the information provided by USPS.
We are not responsible for lost, missing or stolen packages.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to submitting an order.
No revisions can be made to an order once it has been completed and multiple orders can not be combined.
For U.S. Orders: Please allow 2 - 4 business days for order processing and verification plus 5 - 10 business days for delivery.
For International Orders: Please allow up to 3 - 5 weeks for your order to arrive. Delivery time can vary due to the destination and customs processing.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Occasionally there may be delays with your order during special releases, holidays, and promotions.
